You should be able to see both audio streams in Graphedit. If you can, you can extract both separately. If you haven't used Graphedit before you might find it a bit strange, however, there is some useful information about it in the *How tos* section. And here: http://nickyguides.digital-digest.com/audio-extract.htm
Unfortunately, although Graphedit is a really useful program, it did not work for me with a dual-audio XviD. I had then to resort to playing the movie with the correct soundtrack using Mediaplayer, and capturing the audio in real time with Total Recorder. This is not the ideal solution, because although the quality was fine, I had to re-synch the audio with the video. But it did actually work.
