I also would like to capture video from my vcr using v-dub but under windows2000 v-dub doesnt detect my radeon 64 ddr. Then i installed my copy of windows xp rc2 that i payed 10 bucks for and got leaked xp drivers for radeon from radeonic.com and guess what...v-dub,adobe premiere 6.0 both detect the radeon and capture perfect and no frame drops.Only problem im having now is that after i edit my clips(add fade effects, combine seperate clips and all that fun stuff)I cant seem to get it back onto a vhs tape without seeing black borders on my left top corner of my tv.Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?...thank you

I'm not sure why your RADEON 64MB DDR VIVO isn't working perfectly. I haven't had a problem at all with mine. I can capture TV programs and VCR tape without any problems. I haven't tried capturing DVD due to I'm using my PC DVD as my stand-alone. The picture is perfect even with a ten-year-old RCA television. Now, my capture device is the "Microsoft WDM Image Capture" instead of the ATI WDM Rage Theater Video or ATI WDM Rage Theater Video Capture. Try using Microsoft. It works perfectly well with both W2000 and W98SE in any format and in every capturing program I used except when capturing (Radeon) in Pinnacle Studio 7. Driver I'm using is 5.13.01.3102. I did try using the Beta 5.13.01.3211 and it didn't work too well. I think I had a problem with color. I hope this helps. Good Luck
