PROBLEM RIPPING A DVD

i rented a dvd from blockbuster and i want to rip it. i have a regular cd rom drive, and a dvd/dcrw rom drive. when i put the dvd in the cd rom drive it wont read, so i put it in my dvd/cdrw drive and it reads it. when i go to rip it with smart ripper it says, "some files are still locked, try to unlock with a player". what does this mean, and is there some way i can fix. If someone could tell me how to fix this problem i would be very grateful.

when you put the disc into your DVD drive, try playing it for a minute or two with your DVD player software (WinDVD / PowerDVD etc..) This is what SmartRipper means. Then close your player and DON'T REMOVE THE DISC FROM THE DRIVE. Then try running SmartRipper again & see if it can unlock the disc okay.

Try to install aspi file. You can down load this file from this site. It might help you with your problem.

Try using the software on my site, i've made it as simple as possable.
So all you have to do it put the dvd in your dvd-drive, the start my program and click the "Rip it" button. you can download it from http://www.eazyvcd.tk
