Hey all,
I have recently purchased a firewire to connect a Sony Digital Camera to my laptop- I have got a recording of a clip already on the standard mini digital tape.
I now want to record/transfer that clip from the tape to a CD to make it watchable on my DVD player. How do I go about converting/recording it whilst retaining the MAXIMUM quality possible?
I am using Windows Movie Maker on XP and recording the clip from the tape to the laptop at the highest quality possible (DV)- the quality is great when on the laptop. I have tried to copy it to CD using Nero via the VCD option but when I playback the clip of the CD, the quality is VERY poor.
Any suggestion about this or/and the software I should be using would be extremely helpful.
Thanks in advanced,
Sunil.
