DVD2SVCD and Nero

I ripped the movie 5th Element using DVD2SVCD on a svcd disc.. and it came out with discs. I burned them using Nero (newest version in all these peorgrams) using the Image File... It worked a couple of times but it doesn't anymore. When i went into to Nero again and tried to use the "VCD" or "SVCD" option it tells me that it is incompatible...

I tried to copy the "bbMPEG_MUXED_File-subbed00.mpg" and after it analyzed the file it gave me the error...that the file is invalid for creating a SVCD file then it says

"The following problems were found:
- invalid audio stream:48000 Hz - 2 channels"

How would you like to continue?"

does this mean that once i downsample the audio to 44.1Hz it should work? also... how can i do that without going through the entire encoding (8+ hours) again?

Turn off SCVD/VCD standard compliancein Nero. Most DVD players support 48k Audio.
