Help Please, Error message while using DVD2SVCD and TMPGEnc 2.5

Help please, l am new to all this, and l am having problems with DVD2SVCD (Ver 1.2.3 build 1) and TMPGEnc 2.5. Hopefully l can explain the problem l am having so someone out there can give me an answer. When l am running a AVI through DVD2SVCD it runs through everything and then starts TMPGEnc 2.5 but as soon as it starts l get a message thats says "This window size is not accepted by selected MPEG-2 level".I notice at the bottom of the TMPGEnc window that it says DVD2SVCD (Mpeg-2 800x56 23.976fps CQ 80) l have tried to change it back to the orginal settings, which l believe should be Mpeg-2 720x560 25.000fps) but it always seems to change itself back. Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

it's been awhile but it sounds like you have somehow changed the dvd2svcd tempgenc template. i'd try uninstalling dvd2svcd and deleting it's folder to get rid of all files and then re-install it.
