  1. 2 AVI files i've got have the same problem... AUDIO! When i ask VirtualDub to convert them, the audio doesn't fit the vidio no more. How should i fix that problem?

    Scan the AVI for junk frames, and remove any it finds BEFORE you do anything with the audio

    err, Yes BUT

    The new Vdub may not scan as there is a known fault (MMX) so you may need to use "vdub-mp3-freeze.exe" see my other posts for a full explanation.

    Vdub new Video > scan video stream for errors
    If it finds any, video/audio > direct stream copy , SAVE AVI

    vdub-mp3-freeze.exe c:\badframes.log
