I'm experienced with making SVCD's...just don't know how to add 2nd track to it.

    Thanx

Author your video and two audio tracks separately. If you use bbmpeg to multiplex, which you probably should, then simply enter all streams as input and multiplex as a svcd. There is a guide on this site which explains how to multiplex with bbmpeg. Actually its the cutting guide but ignore the cutting apspect of it.

If you choose to use TMPGenc to multiplex then use the multiplex option in mpeg tools, not the simple multiplex. Just add all three streams and multiplex them into one mpg.

Once your mpg is multiplexed author as normal and during playback on your dvd player use the audio button to toggle between audio tracks.
