Alright havin some issues with my vcds. The video skips or is choppy when i play em on my dvd player, mostly when they change scenes but other times too. My source vid is divx, no glitches in that or the re-encoded mpeg(usin TMPGEnc). Im usin a Lg writer burnin at 2x, usin memorex media(says music cd-r on it), and Memorex Dvd player (model # MVD2026). Tried a bunch of diffrent settings on TMPGEnc with no help. I figure its a frame rate problem, but what do i know. Any ideas?
Thanks Alot

Are you pal or ntsc
What is your video framerate
What is the video framesize (resolution)?
What audio rate is it and is sound ok?
Burning software and any msg during burn?
If yes what did you do?There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway. -
My bad i thought i mentioned some of this, mutsa forgot
Ntsc
Frame rate varies depending on source vid(normaly 23.97 or 29.97)
No sound issues
Used Nero and EasyVcd
No error messeges
Yea im really confused as to what the problem is, any thoughts?
Thanks! -
Many DVD players have problems with vidoe at 23.97 so make sure you test with a video that is positively 29.97 and see if you still have the problem.

I figured the Dvd player was the problem, Ill try that, Do you know if the Dreamcast can play 23.96 fps smoothly?
Thanks
