    Hi i just got the wintv pvr 250 yesterday and i recorded a seinfeld episode on tv using the mpeg 2 setting. I then opened the file in nanopeg figuring i would try to edit out the commercials but i was unable to do so. When i try to use the frame controls to move forward or back frames they do not work and therefore i cant set it up to edit out the commericals. If anyone has any suggestions i would appreciate it.     The Media player box must be in pause mode, and not stopped, for the frame-step controls to work.
