    another vcd, this time got files inside the mpeg folder. but when i try to play them, it doesn't work. The program said there is some problem with either the program or the files itself. anybody can help me out? thnx!

    If you have a VCD you should have a MPEGAV directory not a MPEG directory and your mpg files should have been converted to dat files.
