    Why is that???

    It is not bad sectors, or faults on the cd ,it just can not be read

    sorry my pc can see the folders, but when i try to play the dat file using power dvd 4, it does not work, tried it on another pc and does the same

    Can you normally play VCD DAT files in the same way, but just not on that particular VCD?

    yea i can, every vcd that i have works fine

    my firned also has the same vcds and hes does not work and only works on dvd player
