Basically the problem i have is that when i burn my vcd's(nero) they only play on 90% of the dvd's that are vcd compatible. how can i get the other 10%? i know that other peoples vcd's play on this 10% and cant understand why mine doesnt! ive only ever used nero to burn the discs and am wondering what else is out there that might help fix this problem!
all discs are standard compliant! ive tried loads of different discs!
forgive me for not browsing and comming to my own conclusions!

Well, if you did browse, you will have realised that "VCD compatibility" on a DVD player is completely separate to "CD-R/W compatibility".
90% sounds about right. Those other players are those not designed to read CD-R/W media, and furthermore, have a really difficult time doing so when you actually put a CD-R/W disc in.
