  1. With the last part of the cutting TMPGEnc freezes at the end of producing the audiostream. The first part runs fine and gives no problems. What can be going wrong.

  2. I'm assuming you're cutting a MPG file.

    You may want to run your MPG file thru VCDGear or similar programme to correct any errors in your MPG file. TMPGEnc is very sensitive to MPG errors.

    Also, TMPGEnc seems to stop after extracting the audio portion, but what it's really doing is remuxing and creating headers. You may want to wait a few minutes to see if that is the case. If your computer is truly frozen---no mouse movement, etc., then this is not the case.
