  1. I am using Win Xp pro. AVISYNTH to frame server to CCE 2.5. And Nero SVCD to burn the video.

    CCE 2.5
At first i was having problems with the multipass in that it was creating an error about the sizes of the passes not being the same. I patched that problem and it works. Ok here is the problem i am having. In CCE it doesn't matter how many times i pass i have tried 2-5 times and the result is the same. When CCE is done encoding, i burn the video clip with Nero. The video output is at a 45 degree slant. Its just about impossible to make out the video. But when i use single pass in CCE the video out put is fine. Being that CCE is desinged for Multi-pass thats what i prefer to use over TMPGEnc.

CCE 2.62 is the version i prefer to use. But again problems. For this i am using AVISYNTH ---> VFAPI-EN to convert the *.avs file so it can be read into CCE 2.62. I set the M-VBR to 3 passes. After the first pass i get an error similar to this "cce encoding failed:Error: Timecode is different from that of previous pass....."

One more thing. Is there a way for AVISYNTH to also serve audio along with video.

    Thank you

  2. Correction to the previous message. When i frameserver with AVISYNTH to CCE 2.5 it doesn't matter which setting its on. Either VBR or CBR.

I don't have an answer to you problem, but I'm curious how you patched the problem of sizes that weren't the same.

I also have the same problem when serving from Xmpeg 4.5 to CCE 2.5.

    Thanks,

Avisynth "serves" uncompressed audio as well.
    WAVSOURCE or AVIsource
