i just tried editting a cue file that i made with vcdimager, i added one track in the cue file, then tried burning it, but when i hit skip when i'm playing the vcd it doesn't go to point that i entered in the cue file, is there any trick to doing that, did i miss something?

What you are doing is non-standard and doesn't work for many stand-alone players. I originally described a similar method here: http://www.vcdhelp.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?topic=26856&forum=1
Have a read of what other people experienced. I would suggest that you use VCDImagerGUI (which comes with VCDImager 0.6) and create your VCDs as VCD1.1.
If you want more standard "chapters" on a VCD, you will need to use "entrypoints". If you search for "entrypoints" and "chapters", I'm sure you find plenty of posts on this issue. You can use entrypoints with a number of proggies, including VCDImager 0.7.x, VCD Toolkit and VideoPack4.
