    hi.

    i played a movie in the dvd just now and it is playing real slow.
    why is that?
    i had to use .bin in order to get it working
    i downloaded just about every software and to burn this vcd and im still having problems.
    i have vcd easy and everything esle.

    please help me out.

    is your original file good?

    Maybe you should try to load just the template you need (vcd or svcd) without changing anything and then see.

    Does it only go slow when you play it on your pc, or any dvd player?





    If on your pc, are you using powerdvd to play it?

    If it is your DVD player that is the problem, it might be the bitrate you encoded the movie with. Please post your bitrate settings you used for the encode - I've seen many DVD players choke on anything encoded at over about 2500Kbps. If you used TMPGENC, try either CBR at 2496, or various VBR or CQ encodes using max 2496 - that should do the trick.
