spruceup heas caused error in......

ok ive done two good copys with spruce up dvd but i cant seem to do any more whatever dvd i rip (i have the full version of spruceup) i can load the .m2v file and .ac3 file in ok but when i go to play movie (step 2) it comes up with ..... spruceup heas caused error in GPI.DLL spruce up will now close . .... so it did and the preview wont work with any dvd now but it will play the menu up untill i click the play button..... Problem 2
if i ignore that problem and cary on to make a disk image to burn in prassi primo it does the job but when i go to burn in prassi it gives a error at the start of the burn and terminates any 1 got any ideas
o yeh if i make a title set and burn it with nero i can do it as a iso but if i select dvd video it wont let the vobs be moved to the VIDEO_TS file dunno whats happening must be spruce up i guess any ideas any 1

What error does it give you? Its usually an error code.

I am assuming that your files are in use by SpruceUp. Via NT/XP you can kill the SpruceUp task from the taskmanager. This should let you move these files. I can't offer any solutions for 95/98/ME as I have not used them in years.
