two movies i have, spiderman divx svcdrip and scorpion king divx dvdscreener are about 2mb too large for me to burn to 700meg cd-r so i need to cut a couple of mb off the end.

when i open these moviez with vdub i get the improper vbr audio encoding message.

after cutting the audio is out of sync.

plz plz plz can somebody give me a step by step guide on how to snip the ends off these movies without this problem i keep getting.
