Recomendation for CCE and Panasonic plugin settings

Can any one suggest some settings for the CCE and Panasonig mpg 1 plugins
that give good results for a movie with lots of action sequences?

I'm not after any movie in particular, but i'd like settings that give good results
for movies with lots of fast motion sequences.

By good results I mean minimal macroblocks and minimal 'ghosting'....
