I just made a vcd using nero. I didn't do chapters or anything and I put it in my dvd player and is reads "no disk". My dvd player does support vcd's and I was flipping through the manual and it says that I must turn off PBC. However, it does not tell you how to turn that off. Anyway, for some reason I cannot get my vcd to work. Any suggestions?
Oh, and I have a cheap apex dvd player if that helps. Thanks.

Make sure your DVD player is capable of playing CD-R or CD-RW media. To test, try burning a regular audio CD on a CD-R or CD-RW. If it can't read that, then you won't be able to play VCDs on CD-R either.
