    Hi people,

    I use TMPG to convert MPEG2 to MPEG1 since I download eps that are in SVCD format and use to convert to VCD since my DVD PLayer can't play SVCDs.

    Anyway, I also use TMPG to reduce the size of my clips (Not a fan of MPEG4 codecs) I capture with my WINTV2GO Card but since installing the new version of TMPG, the settings to change the bitrate etc are all blurred out. Is there a reason why this is?

    I do not know the reason for this. However, if it makes any difference, you can go to Load, select the Extra folder, select unlock.wcf. Then select Settings, and the greyed out area is now active. I wish I new what tutorial taught me this, but I forgot
