    HEllo, I"m having difficulty with my AIW radeon card. I can capture a file but it is always ATI type even though in the digital VCR tab I have custom checked which should be mpeg-2. The AVI file can play on my ATI Multimedia 7.6 but I cannot import it into Video cd2.0 (I'm just using that because it was recommended on the site). When I try to import it (so I can edit it and burn it to cd) it says "requested plugin does not have the necessary features unlocked." I've tried deleting drivers and reinstalling etc and I can't get anything to work. Thanks.

    VCD format is MPEG1 not MPEG2

    DVDs and SVCDs is MPEG2 format...

    Run through custom settings and make sure you are changing the file type, sounds like it has not been changed. ATI VCR is custom format, AVI or MPG1 or 2 should work OK although ATI mpgs are non-standard.
