First problem: You have to use the newest DVD2SVCD, otherwise that window will not be there..
[Use edit avs after dvd2avi is finished, change size there]
cdimage I dunno why, give us some more info about the error.

You also have to chane the DVD2SVCD level to Advanced in the Misc Tab for the resize buttong to show in frameserver.

I'm having some trouble with BBmpeg freezing about halfway through.

I've exactly the same problem on a machine I installed DVD2SVCD Build3: VCDIMAGE doesn not work.. seems that is is not run, no matter if VCDImager or VCDXbuild is choosen, whats up?

I uninstalled it...deleted the folder and installed the latest version of DVD2SVCD and everything is working again for me.
