    i installed nimo pack so i can play svcd on windows media player.the player still doesnt regognise the disc.is there something i should do or should it self extract?

    You still need to download an mpeg2 codec to play SVCD but I would sugest that you instead use a software DVD player to play the files such as WinDVD or PowerDVD

    do a search on google for mpeg2 codec download if you must......

    How are you trying to play the disk ?, try opening the folder with the .dat file and double click it to play.
