  1. I've searched through athe archives but can't find anything on this.

    AVI is beautiful (ATI owner that will not use their cr*p) and when passed through a SVCD NTSC template the A/V sync is out within minutes.

    Never had that problem before (as if it makes a diff), besides using 10 other programs to "fix" the problem, anyone know what the problem IS?

  2. I've had this problem occasionally. Try extracting the audio as a wav file first. Then encode in TMPGEnc using the wav file for the audio portion. If that doesn't work, check settings in TMPGEnc to make sure frame rates match, etc.

    Try using AVI_IO or VirtualDub for captures. I don't have any trouble with sync using these programmes.

    I agree with the ATI crap! I have ATI AIW Radeon & the software bundled with it was total garbage.
