    I am using TMPGEnc with .avi files...I tryed converting them to svcd mpeg format but when I play them on my computer they are backwards what am I doing wrong?

    If you mean upside down, there is a problems with some video drivers. Try adjusting the vfapi plug-ins priority (increase Open DML). If you have a Matrox G400 there is a fix program (DG400 I think)
