What does NB mean and why is it displayed when viewing some VCD's? Does anyone know?

it means someone recorded it with a camera and forgot to put those things off.
I doubt the legality of the disk; but who cares.

from what i understand it is the water mark of the person who captured the original not an accident, but hey i could be wrong about that.
