Player for "XVCD" with chapter

Hey, is there a player for VCDs with chapter?? mine is a 1disc vcd (610bitrate) with 8 chapters. it works on my tv with the dvd player, but i want a software to play it on my computer, i tried with windows media player, that before it played all my normal vcds, but this one with chapters doesnt work on it! help me!

Any software vcd player or software dvd player with vcd support will work. Just check the tools section. Windows media player is not a vcd player, that is why the chapters do not work.

well, not all the vcd players can play vcd with chapters. i mean, when i used windows media or other soft. to play vcd, it worked, but with vcd with chapters, is not that the player cant play chapters, it cant even open the dat, or the cd.

If your having problems getting dat or mpg files to play then read here http://www.vcdhelp.com/play.htm There is no reason why a vcd without chapters should play any better than one with chapters. It may be the diference in your authoring steps that is causing the problem.
