How to capture segmented avi with Virtual Dub?

Just a quick question-Once/If you do a multi-segment capture in Virtual Dub,& finished capturing your AVI footage.
How do you load these 2GB,(FAT32/Win98),AVI files into TMPGEnc to join them together to render/convert them as one Mpeg/VCD file? -
You then need to use the second (after the spill system) most AWESOME function in VirtualDub ... The Frameserving

Or join them by using AVISynth. AVISynth as a frameserver aswell, and i like it very much.
