    I need a little help to cut some credits off an mpeg file so that i can fit it onto a disc.
    What programs do i need and is it easy?

    I always use tmpgenc settings>advanced>source range
    Never have problems

    Yeah me too but ive alrealy made the mpeg and i dont have time to waste on making it again.

    The Cut/join section in TMPGE will not reencode your MPEG it justs cuts it off, might take you 10 minutes to get it all done, just depends on how fast your computer is, my AMD 1600+ only takes a minute or 2 to cut scenes.

    Next time edit before encoding. Use a bitrate calculator to set bitrate so it will fit on cd
