  1. Please help!!!

I just burnt some mpg files onto a CD-R .. it plays fine on my Window media player ... but when I play it on my VCD and my DVD player ... everything is fine except the picture is stretched alittle .. that is the subtitle that's on the bottom of the screen gets cut off ... I converted these mpg files from avi files using TMPGEnc with the Full Screen (keep aspect ratio) function ...

How can I play it on my VCD and DVD player without having the subtitles cut off?

    PLEASE HELP!

    thanks ...

Did you select the standard NTSC (or PAL) template within TMPGEnc? Encoding your video in a format or resolution unsupported by your player might cause the effect you are seeing.

Does your TV have different "aspect" modes? For example, my Sony has Wide, Smart and Zoom modes. If I select Smart or Zoom then it will cut off some picture at the top and bottom.
