can I use TIVTC to convert 50P into 50i?

My 50P footage appear too "live" when converted in 50i, is there a way to get a more cinematic look?

This has already been discussed with you before, no?
For example convert 50p to 24p which is the standard film framerate. Interlaced is a video format.
Or baserate deinterlace your 50i to 25p using QTGMC and adjust its settings for ShutterBlur and ShutterAngle, and eventually slowdown to 24fps.
