I'm going to be more specific this time. How do I compress bik files, as well as FFV1, H.264, and H.265 lossless videos into smaller sizes without losing quality? Are there any tools for it?

Encode them lossy with x264 for example, and the files wil become much smaller. "Lossy" however implies that one will loose some details, and it depends what you expect by "without loosing quality". One would often apply some denoising though, so the lossy end result may look more pleasing than the lossless source.

What about regular x265? Is it better than regular x264?

Basically it compresses more (about 30% lower file size) for similar quality, especially for HD resolution.
