I want to convert .bik videos into MP4 using RAD Games Tools, but they each have more than one audio track. How do I make it so that I keep all audio tracks when converting videos?

How? That seems like a lot of work, especially since I have a lot of videos.

It IS a lot of work. But the sooner you get started, the sooner you get finished.
But really, what is "a lot"? 10? 100? 1000? 10000?
That is the kind of thing that happens when using obscure formats.

How? That seems like a lot of work, especially since I have a lot of videos.

One method might be to use Rad tools to convert the video only, then use ffmpeg to mux the audio from the original
source with the video from the Rad tools file

For bik v.1 (codec binkvideo) you can use clever FFmpeg-GUI.
With bik v.2 (codec kb2g) no avail, because ffmpeg can't decode it.

You can re-encode the video stream and the audio streams as you wish, e.g. the video stream to h264/avs or hevc, the audio streams to aac or ac3 and then pack (multiplex) the new streams into a new container (e.g. mp4, mov or mkv).
