  1. I am trying to play and avi in win media. Well I see the video fine but I don't hear the audio. So I am trying to follow the guide on this site and it says to open virtualdub -> Audio and switch the options. Well when I do that I am getting this error message. Someone pls help I am going crazy here I think I have tried everything...

Error: The requested audio compression is not compatible with the imput format. Check the sampling rate and channel count of the input match those of the requested format.

    Anyone know what this means?

    Thanks in advance
