Hello all. I have been wanting to make a timelapse video of some of the scenic drives here in Alaska. My plan is to set up my laptop to take a picture every 2 seconds and patching it all together into a video where every hour of driving shows up as 1 minute of video (or maybe 30:1, I plan to experiment). One of the problems is that the drive through the mountains will look rather flat since there will be no way to differentiate between grades. What I hope to do is come up with a way to put a small vertical indicator to the side of the video. Kinda like an artificial horizon but only showing vertical grade. Obviously this will take a gyro or something else but I do not know what it would be or how to integrate it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Greg
