Can my Computer be banned by Widevine by keep doing this ?

Sometimes i have to keep refresh the page many times repeatedly until i get the right MPD link
and sometimes the website is blocking me with a reason of too many requests from this account
i know that every device has a CDM
can widevine block or revoke the CDM that my Computer has to view Widevine content
by keep doing this ?

i was able to download an a video and audio of an mpd file by adding
--referer and Cookie to YT-DLP exactly like this post

without adding referer and Cookie i will get could not send head request

but when i need to download the mpd file itself so i can open it with notepad plus plus to view the pssh
when i click on open on a new tab on the mpd link
i get 403 forbiden An error occurred while processing your request
what i need to do ?

Try to download the mpd with curl, also adding cookie and/or header.
You can also view the PSSH with Eme Logger.
You can also view the PSSH in developer tools, network, response of the mpd.

On your Windows or Linux computer, you can't watch L1-protected contents. Only L3-protected contents watchable via a file named "widevinecdm.dll" located in "Profiles" folder of your web browser (such as: "C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Prof iles\"). That file does not contain a specific device id, not trackable by Google.

If you use something like WKS (Android emulation Python script) with a "device client id" and "device private key" inserted, what Google bans will be that Android device, not your PC.

So, don't worry about PC. It's not bannable
