What Are The Best Audio Extractors for MKV, M2TS, VOB, AVI, MP4,WMV,MOV...

I'm trying to list the best audio extractors. The extractors which do not re-encode audio... "Direct stream copy", "Demux", whatever you say.

For MKV files, I use gMKVExtractGUI or eac3to (via MeGUI's HD Stream Extractor. Not command-lines)

For M2TS files, eac3to (via MeGUI's HD Stream Extractor)

For VOB files, DGIndex

For AVI files, VirtualDubMod (which is a very old program)

For MP4 files, I make their extensions "mkv" via MKVToolnix. Then, they can be imported to gMKVExtractGUI

What's the best to use for MP4 files?

Are there better options? Is there an extractor to be used for all these formats?
