I am new to Openshot Version 2.6.1.; prior experience with VideoPad Video Editor, but not a lot. I had no problem preparing a movie, adding clips, and audio file. When previewed it displayed as expected; I exported the files and the movie file created plays as it should. However, the exported movie file displays the second clip, not the first clip as I wanted. The first clip is actually text, as is the last clip, all clips in between are pictures. I cannot find any information regarding how to correct this so that when I export the files the resulting movie file displays the information on the first clip. I am not sure I am explaining this correctly so I uploaded a copy of the movie file.Image

THere is something about your description that's not clear, this is probably an explanation of the lack of response.
Perhaps you should describe you project in a bit more detail in terms of what assets were added and what you did.
As far as I'm aware, and I've not tried Openshot, whatever is on the time line
    is what gets exported

The above picture is of the MP4 file that was created from the exported files. What you see is the second clip that was on the timeline. In the past when an MP4 file was created what you saw was the first clip on the timeline. My question is what do I need to do so that when I export files to create an MP4 file the first clip on the timeline is used instead of any of the other clips? Sorry, I can't make it any clearer.

There is evidence in the Openshot forums that 2.61 is buggy and the latest nightly is recommended.
Give it a try and redo your project

I did as you recommended. I removed OpenShot using Revo Uninstaller Pro, downloaded OpenShot via the above link, and installed OpenShot again. I created a new project and it worked fine. This time when I exported the files the resulting MP4 file is identified as the first clip, which is all text, that is on the timeline. Thanks for your assistance, I appreciate it very much.

Thanks for the update. Any particular reason to use Revo uninstaller?
The Windows uninstaller not working properly?

I sometimes do use the Windows Uninstaller; but, I have found that Revo Uninstaller Pro and HiBit Uninstaller are more thorough. But, I also make backups twice a month using Macrium Reflect and Paragon.
