    Ditto.

I tried Simple Demultiplex in TMPEG and then joining and splitting video in BBMPEG (from VCDHelp "HOW TO"). Same results. First segment is fine, second is way outta sync.

Hey y'all help??!!!! And please dont tell me Womble, unless you are willing to "hook a brother up"

    Hey tenders,

I think the key to cutting with TMPEG is to do it before you encode to MPEG. Baldrick has an updated guide for VCD and SVCD on VCDHelp homepage. In the guides he shows where you cut then encode. This might be the key to our out-of-sync audio problems.

I am going to give that a go and see what happens.

If you have the uncut mpeg you can demux in TMPG it and then mux and cut with BBmpeg, that could fix it.
Well, I am the slime from your video.

  5. Audio synch probs can be fixed with tmpgenc. Use the "source range" audio gap correct under settings/advanced. If the audio is ahead of the video use negative numbers to correct it and if vid ahead of audio use positive numbers. I had one where I adjusted audio gap to -300 and now have a perfectly in synch svcd. Just do a 1-2 minute clip and check to make any adjustments. Once it is in synch encode. Using Tmpgenc merge/cut for some reason you have to reencode the second part
