What i did wrong ?

Could not recognize filter settings for 'HB_FILTER_NLMEANS' with preset '', tune '' and custom settings 'y-strength=6:y-origin-tune=1:y-patch-size=7:y-range=3:y-frame-count=2:y-prefilter=0'

This settings work in handbrake but in vidcoder didn't . I can't figure out why .

After many tests , i found it's work with version 3.16 with handbrake core 1.12 , the last version 5.21 don't work ... i don't know why.

Have you tried the latest Vidcoder 6 beta ?

I tried 6 beta version but nlmeans custom settings give same error.

Yes the format of the command string has changed. For example, for preset "light" you get:

(y-strength=3:y-origin-tune=1:y-patch-size=7:y-range=3:y-frame-count=2:y-prefilter=0:cb-strength=3:cb-origin-tune=1:
cb-patch-size=7:cb-range=3:cb-frame-count=2:cb-prefilter=0)

I see this in the log for the latest 6.x beta, same as reported by the OP earlier
