after many hours just got it to work

can someone tell me the best settings i can use to frameserve in vdub encode in TMPGEnc

i want to make a vcd out of a avi done some tests picture ok but cannot get the size right trying to resize tosomething that looks ok in 16.9 widescreen i can get close but the picture is to thin?
also
i did the sound in TMPGEnc and will join up when happy with picture
in TMPGEnc is this the way to go??
