I have a video file with drifting sync. So I rate-shifted the audio and lined it all up in Premiere CS6, and when I play it in the timeline it's perfectly in sync the whole way through.
But when I encode it, it ends up back out of sync again, exactly as the original was. I have no idea why this is?
