I'm new to encoding and have been messing with AviSynth/AvsPmod and was wondering how one would deal with the borders on this source? Sometimes the dirty lines around the border are brighter as well. I've mostly just used SelectRangeEvery and some source/encode comparison commands so far. So this seems a little out of my skill and need some help to learn.
