probably bob() for "normal" filters , or GPU deinterlacing on DGDecodeNV if using GPU

You can use avsmeter to check CPU usage and speed

Yadif is not significantly slower and provide better results than Bob.- seem to be best fast deinterlacer.

I would go Yadif, middle of the road quality wise and not much of a CPU hog.
