    I have a OnePlus One android phone and a Sony PXW-Z190V professional video camera. I need to match these two via NFC to enable an app on the phone so that I can control the videocamera remotely with it. NFC is enabled on both camera and phone. I have read that Sony does not recognise the OnePlus One phone! Any advice appreciated!

    it says here - https://pro.sony/ue_US/products/handheld-camcorders/pxw-z190 WiFi operation cannot be guaranteed with all smartphones
    maybe if you get a Sony phone like the website shows then maybe NFC will work.

    Thankyou for your reply. Your link has allowed me to find and download the Android app (Content Browser Mobile ) which I will try soon, although the reviews are mixed. Perhaps the next step is to contact Sony but I thought I would try here first.
