Problem with Lossless Cut

I have been trying to use the software LOSSLESS CUT, but There is one thing I don't understand! When I make a cut, that section is quickly exported to a video file itself, But what I really want is to cut that unfavorable piece from the Video ...so it does not contain that scene, I have no use for that little clip! Is this the only thing I can do with Lossless Cut?

From the fine manual:

• If you want to re-merge all the selected segments after cutting, toggle the button nm (no merge) to am (auto merge). This is useful for cutting away certain parts of a video (by selecting everything except the parts not needed.)
