Hi, all good people!
I'm having a strange problem with capturing digital video - I have no sound when camera is set to 16-bit. When I use 12-bit sampling, it's OK, I receive video files with sound.
Tried with all different audio settings in all different programs - Ulead, trial Premiere, free MovieXOne, some lite free tools for just capturing DV - all of them produce mute AVI when 16-bit sampling was used.
My system specs: Duron 900, 256 MB RAM, HDD 60 GB 7200 RPM, Windows 2000 Pro, DirectX 8.1. plus some MS updates for digital video installed before, with DirectX 8.0.
any help will be greatly appreciated
kind regards
Tom
