I wanted to like this product, but it's just so wonky. It's not intuitive at all.
If dumbing down graphics software to a 3rd grade level is progress, then this is what you get nowadays. I try to think positive, that ok, they want to be inclusive of the 3rd graders too.
Perhaps MS Paint 3D is designed for the elementary school level, but it leaves out foundational tools that any graphic artist would need.

	Yes it does. 
 Only tool the artist needs for bitmap graphics is cross platform Krita. But I have to say I stay at 3.2 because of Gmi'c problems in 3.3 they disable the option to have Gmi'c where you want and it causes Gmi'c not fully functionally.
 So why to bother with MS paint at all
